There was an error opening up a file. First make sure that this file exists, then make sure that you have the permissions set properly on this file. Then also make sure that this file has been uploaded in the proper format, i.e. ASCII or BINARY. The last thing that also occurs is that when FTPing files sometime it will change the case on the files. Make sure that they match up because Unix is case sensitive.
